Desecrated Sanctuary

The librarian handed me a book a few weeks ago and said this is one of the best book she had ever read. It's about a 13 year old girl who is a perfect bone marrow match for her 16 year old sister who has luekemia. She has been there in the hospital right next to her sister, who is trying to fight the disease. But now Anna knows what is going on and is questioning everything, when Kate needs a kidney, Anna seeks a lawyer to sue her parents for medical emancipation. It's a really good story and plot line. It's called My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult. You should pick it up sometime.

I have been given a book. Now this book doesn't look like much with a picture of a few drunk guys by the docks in the 19th century. But I am telling you, Leaves of Grass is one of the greatest books you will ever pick up. It is a book compilled of 12 poems by Walt Whitman (1819-1892). He is one of those authors that you will either love or hate. One of my teachers had given it to me a few weeks back. It is a great book and I highly recommend it.
